Ersi Stefanou is an experienced Talent Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the consulting and banking industry. Skilled in Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Recruiting, Coaching, and Human Resources. She has obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of East London.

Her interest and passion to work in the Talent Development field is evident from her educational and career background. She started my professional career as an HR ERP consultant. At that time Greece was hosting the 2004 Olympic Games so she took the opportunity and quickly moved on to take a position as a Project Manager at the Workforce planning division, acting as one of the Regional Human Resources Managers during the Olympics Games in Athens 2004. After the completion of the Games, she moved to the HR and Training department of Piraeus Bank. In 2008 she joined EY Greece and worked there for 13 years. She has changed several Talent roles at the local, regional area and Global Talent teams. In all her years with EY, she facilitated numerous milestone programs and multiple local trainings. In February 2022, she joined Neurosoft S.A. holding the position of Talent Head.

Coaching is another passion of hers! She is an EY Accredited Coach and a graduate student of the Professional Coaching Diploma - ACSTH by ICF.
