Elias holds a BSc in Business Administration from Brunel University of London with high distinction as well as an MSc in International Business and Management from Alba Graduate Business School. He recently took a diploma in Digital Marketing while he has a certification in gamification from the University of Pennsylvania.

He has experience in negotiations for new project developments between PPP’s and private investors as well as in market analysis and business plan preparation for new projects (local and International).

He is keen on conducting financial evaluations of existing projects and on the exploration of growth opportunities and new ventures

He has dealt with financial modeling and performance analysis & reporting when he worked for reputable companies as Ellactor and Pegasus Security.

Ilias is responsible for the entire business development plan and the strategic management of the company as well as the creative director for the serious games we develop.
