ONUKI
ONUKI is a joint venture established by Chef Stamatis Skriapas and TEMES, which is the developer of Costa Navarino, the premier hospitality destination in Messinia.
In 2018, ONUKI opened its first concept, a contemporary Japanese cuisine restaurant, in Costa Navarino. Currently, the ONUKI team is developing a Peruvian Gastrobar concept due to open in summer 2023 also in Costa Navarino, while in a new, flagship restaurant, at an emblematic location in Athens, is underway.
Onuki’s first restaurant operates under the ONUKI brand name and spearheads the gastronomic offering of the Navarino Dunes resort with ultimate respect for the culinary excellence and heritage of Japan. It has developed its unique interpretation of this sophisticated cuisine and has enriched it with innovative elements and elaborate techniques. ONUKI offers a culinary journey based on Izakaya dishes, expanding the boundaries towards a true contemporary Japanese cuisine with a blend of dishes served as an experience to share. The ONUKI experience is further elevated by its eclectic Cocktail & Sake Bar concept specialized in craft cocktails, infused with Japanese spirits and ingredients.
Its second concept, the Peruvian Gastrobar, will be opening at the Agora, an area that will be featuring a curated mix of retail, gastronomy and entertainment and will be located between the W, Costa Navarino and the soon-to-open Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino.
The flagship Athens project is at an advanced design stage and construction has already commenced.
