Communications Consultant & Soft Skills Trainer
Η Ράνια Σεμερτζιάν έχει πολυετή εργασιακή εμπειρία στον χώρο της Επικοινωνίας του Marketing & των Δημοσίων Σχέσεων. Είναι ιδρύτρια του Soft Skills Center, Εκπαιδευτικού Κέντρου Ανάπτυξης Δεξιοτήτων Επικοινωνίας. Εκπαιδεύει στελέχη σε ευρύ φάσμα θεματολογίας που αφορά στην ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων επικοινωνίας και ηγεσίας, ενώ παράλληλα διδάσκει ως Communications Adjunct Professor στο Anatolia American University.
Έχει σπουδάσει και εργαστεί επί σειρά ετών στις ΗΠΑ όπου απέκτησε ΜΒΑ από το Patterson School of Diplomacy & International Commerce. Έχει διατελέσει υψηλόβαθμο στέλεχος σε τμήματα Επικοινωνίας σε μεγάλες ελληνικές και ξένες πολυεθνικές εταιρίες και οργανισμούς όπως η Vodafone, το Αμερικανικό Κολλέγιο Ανατόλια, το World Trade Center USA, το Council of State Governments USA, η Εstee Lauder USA.
Είναι μέντορας σε νεοφυείς επιχειρήσεις στο Κέντρο Επιχειρηματικότητας του Αμερικανικού Κολλεγίου Ανατόλια. Είναι διαπιστευμένη Διαμεσολαβήτρια του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης και της ADR-ODR International καθώς και πιστοποιημένη στον Νευρογλωσσικό Προγραμματισμό (NLP) από το American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Είναι Σύμβουλος Ισότητας στο γραφείο Ισότητας των Φύλων και Καταπολέμησης των Διακρίσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας.
Rania Semertzian is an accomplished Communications Consultant & Soft Skills Trainer, with more than 25 years of experience across the corporate and non-profit sectors, both in Greece and internationally. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles in Communications and Marketing at globally recognized organizations, including Vodafone, Anatolia College, Estee Lauder USA, Kentucky World Trade Center, and the Council of State Governments.
She is the founder of The Soft Skills Center, a specialized training hub dedicated to enhancing professional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. As a trainer, Rania specializes in designing and delivering tailored soft skills programs that cover topics such as Effective Communication Skills, Customer Experience, Complaint Handling, Team Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Time Management and Workplace Inclusion. Her diverse educational background including 7 years in the USA and a year in France, equip her with a strong cross-cultural understanding and a global outlook that enhances her training methodology.
Currently, she holds an adjunct professorship at the ACT School of Business, teaching Communication courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Moreover, she consults companies in developing strategic communication and employer branding plans, ensuring they effectively engage with their target audience.
Rania is fluent in both English and Greek and holds accreditation as a mediator from the Greek Ministry of Justice and ADR-ODR International. She is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the American Board of NLP. Beyond her professional roles, she is actively involved in mentoring startups at the ACT Entrepreneurship Hub, reflecting her commitment to fostering innovation and growth in emerging businesses.
